Anglers Walk

The company developed Angler’s Walk in 1999 and early 2000. Its location adjacent to the Fair Green Shopping Centre and the Regional College meant that the majority of the homes were sold to the buy to let market. The scheme also contained some purpose-built student accommodation and a neighbourhood centre.
