Cois Abhainn

Cois Abhainn, a development of 70 homes was constructed in 1999 and consisted of two and three bedroom houses. The entire scheme was sold before commencement to St Pancras Housing Association now Cluid Housing.

Clonmullion Retirement Village

Built in 2006 Clonmullion Retirement Village was developed to meet the growing demand for independent living. The development consisted of 50 two bed residential units, 40 bungalows and 10 apartments laid out around a landscaped courtyard with 50 on-site car spaces. The homes were finished to a 4-star standard turnkey finish.

Liddiard House

The company developed Liddiard House in early 2000.  The build comprises of three commercial units and five purpose-built student accommodation, with a turnkey finish.

Dargan Lawns

Developed in 1996, Dargan Lawns commemorates engineer William Dargan, the Laois man with strong Carlow links who successfully executed the contract to build Ireland’s first railway from Dublin to Kingstown (Dun Laoighaire). The scheme consisted of two-storey, three bedroom houses in a quiet cul de sac.
